Three ensuite bedrooms, and one more
Three ensuite bedrooms, each with a large double bed and a bathroom of its own. Beside the summer kitchen there is a fourth, quieter inner room — double bed, air conditioning, television and its own bathroom too. Eight guests in total, with two sofa beds in the living areas for flexibility. Further bathrooms serve the living rooms and the pool, so nobody walks through the house wet.
Cots are available on request for children up to three years old, free of charge. There are no extra beds beyond the eight places.
Two kitchens, one long table
Both kitchens are fully equipped — oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and the pots and knives you would actually want to cook with. One is for relaxed breakfasts, the other for the evening, and neither has to be tidied before the other can be used.
Outside there is a barbecue and a covered dining and lounge area that stays shaded through the hottest hours. It is where most guests end up spending the day.
Heated saltwater, entirely private
The pool is heated and filled with saltwater — gentler on skin and eyes than chlorine, and warm enough to use well outside high summer. It is not shared with anyone: the garden is walled and the terrace is yours.
A hot tub sits alongside it for the evenings, and sun loungers face the sea view that gives the villa its name recognition among returning guests.
Warm in winter, and open for long stays
The house has underfloor heating in every room except the basement level, and is well insulated, so it stays comfortable long after the summer ends. That is unusual on this coast, where most holiday houses are built for July.
From October to May we let the villa for longer stays — a month or more, from €1,700 per month. Electricity is included up to €180 a month; final cleaning is charged separately. Tell us the period and we will confirm a price.

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Let us know roughly when you expect to arrive and we will be there to meet you.
A quiet house
Villa NeRu is a place for rest. It is not suitable for parties, stag or hen groups, or large gatherings — the neighbours are close and the atmosphere is the point.
Children & pets
Children of all ages are welcome; guests aged 18 and over count as adults. Pets on request. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
