The house
Designed for slow mornings and long evenings
Villa NeRu sits in a newly developed, beautifully kept part of Vodice, surrounded by modern villas and quiet streets — within walking distance of both the town centre and the old fishing village of Tribunj.
Large windows fill the rooms with light. Two fully equipped kitchens mean breakfast in one place and dinner in another, without anyone getting in each other's way. Outside, the private pool is yours alone, and when the midday heat arrives the covered dining and lounge area becomes the coolest spot on the property.

Quiet, but not remote
The neighbourhood is calm and residential. The waterfront, the restaurants and the marina are all an easy walk — you never need the car for dinner.

The setting

A working coastal town rather than a resort: a long palm-lined promenade, a big marina, beaches on both sides and enough konobas to eat somewhere different every night of the week.
Krka National Park is half an hour inland. The Kornati archipelago — 140-odd islands and islets — leaves from the harbour. Šibenik and its UNESCO-listed cathedral are fifteen minutes down the coast.
