Is it cheaper to book directly?

Yes. The direct price is lower, and it comes with a personal reply. Send your dates and we will make you our best offer.

How many people can stay?

Eight guests. Three ensuite bedrooms with large double beds, a fourth inner room by the summer kitchen with its own bathroom, and two sofa beds in the living areas. Cots for children under three are free on request.

Is the pool really heated?

It is — private, saltwater and heated, so the swimming season runs well beyond high summer. There is a hot tub next to it.

How far is the beach?

Plava Beach is eight minutes on foot. ACI Marina Vodice is 1.8 km away, and both Vodice centre and Tribunj are walkable.

Check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Tell us roughly when you expect to arrive and we will be there to hand over the keys.

Are pets allowed?

On request, and a charge may apply. The villa is non-smoking, and it is not a house for parties or large gatherings.

How do we get there?

Zadar Airport is about 55 km away and Split Airport about 70 km. Both have car hire; the drive is straightforward motorway. We can arrange a transfer if you would rather not drive.

How do we pay?

We agree it together when we confirm the dates — normally a deposit to hold the week and the balance before or on arrival. Everything is confirmed in writing.

Do you rent out of season, for longer stays?

Yes. From October to May the villa is available for a month or more, from €1,700 per month, electricity included up to €180 a month. Final cleaning is charged separately. Underfloor heating in every room except the basement level, and good insulation, keep it comfortable through the winter. Tell us the period and we will confirm.
